摘要
为了解决分布式能源数量多、分布散造成的虚拟电厂通信资源分配困难的问题,提出一种基于网络切片的虚拟电厂通信资源调度方法。构建分布式发电资源、储能资源和可控负荷的聚合模型,实现区域能源资源的聚合优化管理。按照分布式能源聚合体的属性,进行通信网络切片划分,在此基础上,以虚拟电厂运营成本最低为目标,计及网络安全校验、分布式能源价值,进行虚拟电厂通信资源调度。在某区域的虚拟电厂中进行实例验证,运营成本较强化定向学习降低了14.25%,其结果验证了所提方法的有效性。
In order to solve the problem of communication resource allocation of virtual power plant caused by large and scattered distributed energy,a communication resource scheduling method of virtual power plant based on network slicing is proposed.An aggregation model of distributed generation resources,energy storage resources and controllable load is constructed to realize the aggregation and optimal management of regional energy resources.According to the properties of distributed energy polymer,the communication network is divided into slices.On this basis,aiming at the lowest operation cost of the virtual power plant,taking into account the network security verification and the value of distributed energy,the communication resource scheduling of the virtual power plant is carried out.An example is carried out in a virtual power plant,and the operation cost is reduced by 14.25%compared with reinforcement directed learning.The results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
