摘要
目的:探究临床冠心病(CHD)患者护理中应用规范化认知行为干预对不良情绪的缓解作用及价值。方法:此次要求以90例CHD病例作为主要对象,入组时段起始于2020年1月至2022年12月,借助双盲法分组,以45例/组标准分两组。甲组应用常规干预,乙组应用规范化认知行为干预。比对入组时及干预后的抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、自我效能量表(GSES)、遵医水平及生活质量量表(GQOL-74)等得分。结果:干预后乙组抑郁自评量表(SDS)得分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)得分均<甲组,而GSES得分、遵医得分、GQOL-74中各因子得分均>甲组(P<0.05)。结论:临床CHD患者护理中应用规范化认知行为干预后,可对其不良情绪予以缓解,又能增强自我效能,提升其遵医水平和生活质量,值得临床借鉴。
Objective:To explore the effect and value of standardized cognitive behavioral intervention in the nursing of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)in alleviating negative emotions.Methods:90 CHD patients with the enrollment period from January 2021 to December 2022 were divided into two groups using a double blind method,with 45 cases in each group.Group A received routine intervention,while Group B received standardized cognitive behavioral intervention.The self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-efficacy scale(GSES),compliance level and quality of life scale(GQOL-74)scores at enrollment and after intervention were compared.Results:After intervention,the scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)in Group B were lower than those in Group A,while the scores of GSES,medical compliance,and GQOL-74 in Group B were higher than those in Group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of standardized cognitive behavioral intervention in the nursing of clinical CHD patients can alleviate their negative emotions,enhance self-efficacy,improve their compliance level and quality of life,and can be used for reference.
