摘要
近几年,我国的河道治理工作进展较快,并在治理大江大河方面取得了卓越的成就,而且防洪标准也在持续提高。如果位于山区地带的河道受到破坏,便会给两岸居住的人民群众、分布的田地带来威胁,引发重大的经济损失与人员伤亡。因此,分析与构建山区河道生态治理体系是目前社会各界重点关注的课题。
In recent years,the progress of river control in our country is relatively rapid,and great achievements have been made in great rivers,and flood control standards continue to improve.Located in mountainous areas,if the river is damaged,it will bring threats to the people living on both sides of the river,the distribution of farmland,leading to significant economic losses and casualties.Therefore,the analysis and construction of mountain river ecological governance system is the focus of all sectors of society at present.
