摘要
结合项目管理实践经验,提出全方位的预算限额概念,通过调查部分在建项目施工图预算超限情况,对超限数据进行分类和统计分析,归纳总结出八条直接原因,最后从总承包方角度提出近期和长期对策,以期提高总承包专业水平与管理能力。
Based on the experience of project management,this paper introduces a comprehensive understanding of the concept of budget limit,investigates the budget overrun of some construction drawings of projects under construction,classifies and statistically analyzes the overrun data,it summarizes eight direct causes.,inally,from the perspective of the general contractor,it proposes short-term and long-term countermeasures,with a focus on enhancing the professional expertise and management capabilities of the general contractor.
