层次化人体运动行为模型:从概念到应用

摘要 人体运动行为的准确描述对运动训练、康复评估和人机交互至关重要。然而,由于个体差异性和变化多样性的存在,建立通用的模型一直是一项复杂的任务。为了更好地描述和揭示人体运动的特征和规律,近年来有学者提出了层次化人体运动行为模型(PAMS模型)。该模型通过构建姿态基、姿态、动作、运动和习惯等层次的渐进框架,精细描述人体运动行为的复杂特征。借助该模型,可深入分析神经肌肉控制、姿态调整和动作执行等机制,可指导实验设计、数据收集和分析,并具有较强的可扩展性,适应不同场景和问题的研究需求,同时推动学科间的交叉创新和综合性解决方案的发展。综上所述,PAMS模型为揭示人体运动行为特征、提供运动训练和康复的实践指导、推动大健康领域进步创新,提供了有益的理论和实用价值。 Accurately describing human movement behavior is of paramount importance for sports training,rehabilitation assessment,and human-computer interaction.However,due to individual differences and a wide range of variability,establishing a universally applicable model has always been a complex endeavor.In recent years,scholars have introduced the Pose,Action,Motion and Style(PAMS model)to offer a more profound understanding and insight into the intricacies and regularities of human motion.This model,by constructing a progressive framework comprising pose unit,pose system,action system,motion system,and style system,provides an intricate portrayal of the multifaceted aspects of human movement behavior.With the aid of this model,it becomes possible to delve deeply into mechanisms such as neural-muscular control,pose adjustments,and action execution.Furthermore,it can serve as a guiding principle for experimental design,data collection,and analysis.The model’s significant scalability allows it to adapt to the research demands of various scenarios and issues,thereby promoting interdisciplinary innovation and the development of comprehensive solutions.In conclusion,the PAMS model contributes valuable theoretical and practical insights for unraveling the characteristics of human movement behavior,offering practical guidance for sports training and rehabilitation,propelling innovation in the field of health,and delivering both theoretical and practical value.
