摘要 对既有建筑机电设备绿色节能改造技术的发展进行了研究。按照时间顺序介绍了国内外绿色建筑节能政策的发展。从可行性、技术成果及案例两个角度分析了中国既有建筑机电设备的绿色节能改造现状。按照建筑机电专业对常用的机电改造技术进行划分,并比较其优缺点。 The development of green and energy-saving modification technology of existing building electromechanical equipment was studied.The development of energy-saving policies for green buildings at home and abroad was introduced in chronological order.The current status of green and energy-saving modification of existing building electromechanical equipment in China was analyzed from the perspectives of feasibility,technical achievements and case studie.The commonly used electromechanical modification technology was divided according to the building electromechanical profession,and the advantages and disadvantages were compared.
