摘要
某污水处理厂现状规模为2×10^(4)m^(3)/d,需原位扩容至4×10^(4)m^(3)/d,出水水质标准由GB 18918-2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级B标准提高至一级A标准。设计选用AAO-MBR工艺,在进水ρ(COD)=216~282 mg/L,ρ(BOD_(5))=92.9~100 mg/L,ρ(SS)=255~270 mg/L,ρ(TN)=30~39 mg/L,ρ(NH_(3)-N)=25~36 mg/L,ρ(TP)=2.68~5.04 mg/L的条件下,处理后出水水质远优于一级A标准。介绍了该工程的设计思路、设计参数及实际处理效果。
The current scale of a sewage treatment plant is 2×10^(4)m^(3)/d,it is need to be expanded to 4×10^(4)m^(3)/d,and the effluent water quality standard is required to be raised from level B grade 1 to level A grade 1 of GB18918—2002 Urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard.AAO-MBR process was adopted in the design,under the condition that the mass concentrations of COD,BOD_(5),SS,TN,NH_(3)-N and TP were 216-282,92.9-100,255-270,30-39,25-36 and 2.68-5.04 mg/L respectively,the effluent water quality through the treatment was far superior to the level A grade 1 of the above standard.The design thought,design parameters and actual treatment effect of the project were introduced.
