摘要
面对国家实施乡村振兴战略和新农科建设,地方高校承担着依托区域农业优势培养高素质创新应用型人才的重要任务。潍坊学院设施农业科学与工程专业围绕传统农业快速转型升级中人才培养存在的问题,提出了“一专多能”协同育人新理念,打造了德才兼备师资队伍,构建了多维融通的课程体系,搭建了学研产用实践平台,形成了“一专多能”复合型人才培养模式,为设施农业发展培养了一大批一专多能复合实用型人才,也为相关地方高校涉农专业人才培养提供了借鉴。
Local universities undertake the important task of cultivating high-quality innovative and applied talents based on the advantages of regional agriculture,under the background of the national implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy and the construction of New Agricultural Sciences.Focusing on the problems existing in talent training in the rapid transformation and upgrading of traditional agriculture,the specialty of facility agricultural science and engineering of Weifang University has put forward a new concept of“one specialty and multiple abilities”collaborative education,created a team of teachers with both political integrity and ability,constructed a multi-dimensional curriculum system,built a practical platform for learning,research and production,and formed a“one specialty and multiple abilities”learning,research and production,and formed a“one specialty and multiple abilities”compound talent training mode.It has cultivated a large number of compound practical talents with one specialty and multiple abilities for the development of facility agriculture,and also provided reference for the cultivation of agricultural professionals in relevant local colleges and universities.
