摘要
针对目前酒厂人工装盒效率低、生产线占地面积大的问题,课题组设计了一款连续式立式装盒机。该机采用立式环形布局,酒瓶、酒盒经整理等距后无需倾倒可直接进行装盒;装盒模块采用塔式多工位布局,8头装盒执行器相互独立无停歇完成装盒;抓取式装盒能够有效减小装盒过程产生的冲击,实现酒瓶平稳装盒;在此基础上,根据装盒动作设计了圆柱凸轮轮廓线,采用曲线拟合法对圆柱凸轮进行了优化并对装盒模块的运动特性进行了仿真分析。结果表明装盒执行器加速度曲线较为平滑,结构设计合理,能够满足装盒要求。该酒瓶装盒机能够有效提高生产效率,为酒瓶包装提供了新思路。
In order to solve the problems of low efficiency of manual cartoning and large area of production line in the winery,a continuous vertical cartoner was designed.Vertical ring layout was adopted in the machine,wine bottles and wine boxes can be directly packed without dumping after sorting equidistant;the tower multi-station layout was adopted in cartoning module,and the 8-head cartoning actuator was independent of each other for non-stop cartoning;the mode of grabbing can reduce the impact of the cartoning process to realize the smooth cartooning of wine bottles.On this basis,the contour line of the cylindrical cam was designed according to the cartoning process,and the cylindrical cam was optimized by curve fitting method,and the simulation analysis of the cartoning mechanism was carried out.The results show that the acceleration curve of the boxing actuator is relatively smooth and the structure is reasonable,which meets the cartoning requirements.The proposed cartoner effectively improves the production efficiency and provides a new idea for wine bottle boxing.
