摘要
算法推荐作为抖音、快手、小红书等时下最热门应用的底层技术系统,是一种具有极强用户黏性、巨大用户规模的信息传播技术,是当下影响青年群体价值观形成与发展的重要技术动因。然而,算法推荐场域多元主体的话语生态使青年无所适从,以流量为导向的内容题材限制了主流思想的呈现频率,信息茧房效应窄化了青年视野的认知空间,娱乐氛围与致瘾机制吸引着青年群体沉迷其中。必须警惕算法推荐技术对青年价值观的负面影响,优化算法推荐的政治导向,为主流意识形态加权赋能,规范资本与互联网平台的技术运营,推动完善治理算法的制度体系与监管机制,提升青年群体的信息媒介素养,使算法推荐技术的风险变量转化为引领青年价值的“最大增量”。
As the underlying technical system of the most popular applications such as TikTok,Kuaishou and Xiaohongshu,algorithm recommendation not only belongs to information dissemination technology which boasts strong user stickiness and huge user scale,but also serves as an important technical driver affecting the formation and development of values for youth group.However,algorithm recommendation induces the following risks.First,the discourse ecology of multiple subjects in the algorithm recommendation field makes young people confused.Second,traffic-oriented content and themes limit the frequency of mainstream ideas.Third,the information cocoon effect narrows the cognitive space of young people s vision.Last,the entertainment atmosphere and addiction mechanism attract young people to indulge in it.Generally speaking,the governance modes regarding value orientation of youth in the era of algorithm recommendation are listed as follows.Firstly,we must be vigilant against the negative impact of algorithm recommendation technology on youth values,optimize the political orientation of algorithm recommendation,weight and empower mainstream ideologies.Secondly,the technical operation of capital and Internet platforms is supposed to be standardized.Thirdly,the improvement of the institutional system and supervision mechanism for governing algorithms should be promoted.Lastly,the information media literacy of youth should be enhanced.In this way,the risk variables of algorithm recommendation technology will be transformed into"maximum increment"in term of value orientation for the youth.
