摘要
运用文献资料、专家访谈、实地调研等方法,剖析“双碳”目标下我国城市体育空间优化的困境与理念,并提出优化路径。困境:增量空间的粗放式开发模式,存量空间的有效利用不足,空间资源供给与需求结构失衡。理念:着眼于全生命周期,推动共建共治共享,贯彻绿色发展理念。优化进路:坚持新发展理念和模式创新,注重品质提升和绿色发展;推动政策创新与供给,激发各利益相关主体动力与活力;加快绿色低碳技术应用,助推城市体育空间绿色发展;构建多元主体协同治理体系,提升城市体育空间治理效能。
By using the methods of literature review,expert interview and fi eld research,this paper analyzed the dilemma and concept of the optimization of urban sports space in China under the goal of"double-carbon",and put forward the optimization path.Dilemma:The incremental space is developed in an extensive mode,the effective use of stock space is insuffi cient,and the structure of supply and demand of space resources is unbalanced.Concept:It should focus on the entire lifecycle,promote joint construction,governance,and sharing,and implement the concept of green development.Optimization approach:We need to adhere to new development concepts and model innovation,focus on quality improvement and green development,promote policy innovation and supply to stimulate the motivation and vitality of various stakeholders,accelerate the application of green and low-carbon technologies to promote the green development of urban sports space,and build a multi-subject collaborative governance system to improve the effi ciency of urban sports space governance.
