摘要
研究了新型捕收剂在铝土矿正浮选脱硅中的应用。采用ZH-6新型捕收剂,针对铝硅比为4.17的河南某中低品位铝土矿,经“一粗一扫两精”的闭路浮选工艺,获得铝硅比为8.72,氧化铝回收率为80.92%的铝精矿,精矿产品适宜于拜耳法生产氧化铝。
The application of a new type collecting agent in positive flotation desilication of bauxite is studied in this paper.By using ZH-6 new type collecting agent,a concentrate with aluminum-silicon ratio of 8.72 and alumina recovery rate of 80.92%was obtained from a medium and low grade bauxite in Henan with aluminum-silicon ratio of 4.17 through the closed-circuit flotation process of one roughing,one scavenging and two cleaning.The concentrate product is suitable for Bayer process to produce alumina.
