摘要
通过对CNKI数据库和Web of science核心数据集数据库中收录的神经网络在旅游领域的应用研究文献进行整理,并结合Citespace和VOSviewer软件,对其文献来源、关键词聚类与时间演变等特征进行文献计量与可视化分析。研究发现:(1)国内对于神经网络模型在旅游领域的应用研究早于国外,随后呈现出一致的发展趋势;2004年以后相关研究进入了快速发展时期,研究内容的复杂性促进了跨学科特征的呈现。(2)国内外神经网络模型在旅游领域的应用研究可以概括为供给视角与需求视角,其研究内容及研究角度存在一定的差异;国内研究内容包括神经网络在景区开发、旅游交通、旅游安全系统、旅游市场管理等领域的应用,以及消费者旅游形象感知与情感分析、路线推荐等方面;国外研究内容包括供给端视角的神经网络在旅游规划与开发、运营管理、安全预警与风险评估等领域的应用,需求端视角的神经网络在智慧旅游、情感分析、旅游推荐等方面的应用,在研究过程中主要聚焦于算法的不断创新与改进;国内外基于供给端的研究多于需求端。(3)未来研究可以从神经网络模型在旅游领域中多样化应用场景、旅游者本身的获益与效用、价值共创等方面进一步挖掘。
This paper sorts out the literature on the application of neural networks in the field of tourism collect⁃ed from the CNKI database and the Web of Science Core Collection database,and using Citespace and VOSviewer software,conducts a bibliometric and visual analysis of features such as the sources of the literature,keyword clus⁃tering,and temporal evolution.The study reveals that:(1)Domestic research on the application of neural network models in the field of tourism predates foreign research,followed by a consistent development trend,and after 2004,related research entered a period of rapid growth,and the complexity of research contents promoted the emergence of interdisciplinary features;(2)both domestic and overseas research on the application of neural network models in the tourism field can be summarized from supply and demand perspectives,with differences in research contents and angles,in which domestic research contents include the application of neural networks in areas such as scenic area development,tourist transportation,tourist safety systems,and tourist market management,as well as consumer perception and emotion analysis in tourism image and route recommendations,while overseas research contents in⁃clude the application of neural network from supply-side perspectives in tourist planning and development,opera⁃tional management,safety warning,and risk assessment,as well as the application of neural network applications from demand-side perspectives in smart tourism,emotion analysis,and tourist recommendations,and in the re⁃search process,there is a primary focus on continuous innovation and improvement of algorithms,with both domes⁃tic and overseas research on the supply side is more abundant than that on the demand side;and(3)future research can further explore the diverse application scenarios of neural network models in the tourism field,benefits and utili⁃ty for tourists themselves,value co-creation,etc..
