摘要
文章建立了气相色谱质谱联用技术(GC-MS)测定塑料药用滴眼剂瓶中多环芳烃(PAHs)及其迁移的方法,采用HP-5MS毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm)对16种PAHs进行分离,离子监测模式(SIM)下进行检测。结果表明:16种PAHs在相应的浓度范围内线性关系良好(R^(2)≥0.997),提取实验回收率在80.28%~117.09%范围内,相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.44%~5.81%之间;迁移实验回收率在82.63%~116.73%,相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.38%~3.80%之间。提取实验检出限为0.005~0.050μg/g,迁移实验检出限为0.001~0.010 mg/L。此方法操作简单、准确、灵敏,适用于塑料药用滴眼剂瓶中PAHs及其迁移量的测定。
A method for the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)and their migration in plastic eye drops bottles by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was established.16 kinds of PAHs were separated by HP-5MS capillary column(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm)and detected under ion monitoring mode(SIM).The results show that 16 kinds of PAHs has a good linear relationship in the corresponding concentration range(R^(2)≥0.997).The recovery rate of extraction experiment is in the range of 80.28%~117.09%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)is between 1.44%~5.81%.The recovery rate of migration experiment is 82.63%~116.73%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)is 1.38%~3.80%.The detection limit of extraction experiment is 0.005~0.050μg/g,and the detection limit of migration experiment is 0.001~0.010 mg/L.This method is simple,accurate and sensitive,and is suitable for the determination of PAHs and their migration in plastic pharmaceutical eye drops bottles.
