摘要
为了满足冰箱饰条出厂要求,改善饰条在冰箱中的装配难度以及使用寿命,对其工艺参数进行优化,进而改善其翘曲变形量。通过Moldflow建立产品的模型,设计其浇口与水路。利用正交试验设计,探究工艺参数对于冰箱饰条翘曲变形的影响程度;利用灰狼算法对其工艺参数进行优化,通过迭代寻找最小的翘曲变形量以及对应的工艺参数。结果表明:当模具温度为52℃、熔体温度为205℃、注射时间2.8 s、保压压力45 MPa、保压时间14 s以及冷却时间为26 s,冰箱饰条最大翘曲变形量为0.72 mm,较初始参数下的翘曲变形量减少了40%。通过实际生产进行验证,发现饰条的翘曲变形量满足出厂要求,为饰条的生产设计提供支持。
In order to meet the factory requirements of the refrigerator trim,improve the assembly difficulty and service life of the trim in the refrigerator,the process parameters are optimized to improve the warpage deformation.The model of the product was established by Moldflow,and the gate and waterway were designed.The orthogonal test design was used to explore the influence of process parameters on the warpage deformation of refrigerator trim.The grey wolf algorithm is used to optimize the process parameters,and the minimum warpage deformation and the corresponding process parameters are found by iteration.The results show that when the mold temperature is 52℃,the melt temperature is 205℃,the injection time is 2.8 s,the holding pressure is 45 MPa,the holding time is 14 s and the cooling time is 26 s,the maximum warpage deformation of the refrigerator trim is 0.72 mm,which is 40%less than the warpage deformation under the initial parameters.Through the actual production verification,it is found that the warpage deformation of the trim meets the factory requirements,which provides support for the production design of the trim.
