妇科炎症感染中几种微生物检验方法观察 被引量:3

摘要 文章对妇科炎症感染中几种微生物检验方法的检验效果进行观察。随机选择2020年11月—2021年11月我院接收的150名妇科炎症感染患者作为研究对象,随机分成A组、B组、C组,每组各50例。其中,A组采用培养法开展微生物检验,B组采用凝聚法开展微生物检验,C组采用镜检法开展微生物检验,观察和比较各组的检验效果。发现在150例妇科炎症感染患者中,141例有外阴瘙痒症状,占比为94.0%;143例有外阴异味,占比为95.3%;135例有尿频症状,占比为90.0%;114例有尿急症状,占比为76.0%;138例存在阴道分泌物异常的情况,占比为92.0%。A组患者的阳性检出率为84.0%,B组患者的阳性检出率为88.0%,C组患者的阳性检出率为82.0%,三组数据不具备统计学差异(P>0.05)。A组检验满意度为96.0%,B组检验满意度为96.0%,C组检验满意度为98.0%,三组数据不具备统计学差异(P>0.05)。在妇科炎症感染中,多采用培养法、凝聚法、镜检法等方法开展微生物检验,都能获得较高的阳性检出率,临床上可通过联用多种微生物检验方法,来提升临床检验结果的准确性,为临床诊断、治疗提供了有力的依据。 The paper observes the effectiveness of several microbial testing methods in gynecological inflammation and infection.This paper randomly selected 150 gynecological inflammatory infection patients admitted to our hospital from November 2020 to November 2021 as the research subjects,and divides them into Group A,Group B,and Group C,with 50 patients in each group.Among them,Group A used the cultivation method for microbiological testing;Group B used the coagulation method for microbiological testing,and Group C used the microscopic examination method for microbiological testing.The inspection results between each group were observed and compared.Among 150 patients with gynecological inflammation and infection,141 had symptoms of vulvar itching,accounting for 94.0%;143 cases had external genitalia odor,accounting for 95.3%;135 cases had symptoms of frequent urination,accounting for 90.0%;114 cases had symptoms of urgency,accounting for 76.0%;138 cases had abnormal vaginal discharge symptoms,accounting for 92.0%.The positive detection rate of Group A patients was 84.0%;Group B patients was 88.0%,and Group C patients was 82.0%.There was no statistical difference among the three groups of data(P>0.05).The satisfaction rate of Group A was 96.0%;Group B was 96.0%,and Group C was 98.0%.There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)among the three groups of data.In the field of gynecological inflammation and infection,methods such as culture,coagulation,and microscopy are commonly used for microbiological testing,which can achieve high positive detection rates.In clinical practice,multiple microbiological testing methods can be combined to improve the accuracy of clinical test results and provide a strong basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
