摘要
伯方选煤厂为解决重介系统指标不稳定、介耗高等问题,对现有粗煤泥回收系统进行改造,将原有FX350分级旋流器组+弧形筛粗煤泥回收工艺替换为FX500×3分级旋流器组+FBS2100粗煤分选机+叠筛工艺。通过试验分析与工艺效果评定,该工艺有效解决了原系统带煤量低、主洗指标不稳定、介耗高等问题,带煤量与精煤回收率明显增加,提高了现场的综合经济效益。
In order to solve the problems of unstable indicators and high medium consumption of the heavy medium system,the existing slime sorting system was transformed,and the original FX350+arc screen coarse slime process was replaced with FX500×3+FBS2100+ZKJ1208-D5/2 process,through experimental analysis and process effect evaluation,the process effectively solved the problems of low coal carrying volume,unstable main washing index and high medium consumption of the original system,and significantly increased the coal strip volume and refined coal recovery,which improved the comprehensive economic benefits of the site.
