摘要
模块化教学强调以学生为中心,以职业需求为导向,以实践能力培养为重点,有助于切实提高人才培养质量,实现学生岗位胜任力和就业竞争力整体提升。临床实践技能是临床医学专业的重要实践类课程。以临床实践技能课程为例,从课程内容、教学方法以及教学评价三个方面进行模块化教学设计并开展实践,从加强师资队伍建设、加强实训基地建设以及实行小班化、分段式教学三个方面保障实践教学质量,以期为临床医学专业或其他相关专业的实践类课程教学改革提供参考。
Modular teaching emphasizes student-centered,vocational demand-oriented,and practical ability training,which is helpful to effectively improve the quality of personnel training and realize the overall improvement of students’post competence and employment competitiveness.Clinical Practical Skills is an important practical course for clinical medicine specialty.Taking the course of Clinical Practical Skills as an example,this paper carries out modular teaching design and practice from three aspects:course content,teaching methods and teaching evaluation,and ensures the quality of practical teaching from three aspects:strengthening the construction of teaching staff,strengthening the construction of training base,and implementing small class and segmented teaching,so as to provide reference for the teaching reform of practical courses in clinical medicine or other related majors.
