摘要
为实现制革行业污泥减量化、无害化、资源化的目标,以水洗-酸溶解为核心工艺,对制革物化污泥制备水处理剂的可行性进行了研究。研究表明,物化污泥的最佳煅烧温度为1000℃;最佳水洗条件为固液比1∶10,水洗时间1 h,水洗次数2次;最佳酸溶解条件为固液比5 g/L,酸浓度0.5 mol/L,酸溶解温度20℃,酸溶解时间0.5 h;溶液中Cr^(6+)最佳还原条件为摩尔比(还原剂∶Cr^(6+))16∶1,还原温度40℃。在本文的工艺条件下,制革行业的物化污泥可实现最佳的减量化和资源化利用目标。
In order to realize the target of sludge reduction,harmlessness and resource utilization in leather industry,this paper took water washing-acid dissolution as the core process,studied the feasibility of preparing water treatment agent from tannery sludge.The results show that the optimal calcination temperature of physicochemical sludge is 1000℃.The best washing conditions are solid-liquid ratio 1∶10,use ultrapure water wash 1 h and two times.The optimum acid dissolution conditions include solid-liquid ratio is 5 g/L,acid concentration is 0.5 mol/L,acid dissolution temperature is 20℃,acid dissolution time is 0.5 h.The best reduction condition of Cr^(6+)in solution is suggested at 16∶1 of molar ratio(reductant∶Cr^(6+)),and 40℃of reduction temperature.Under the process conditions,the physicochemical sludge of leather industry can achieve the optimal of reduction and resource utilization.
