摘要
基于煤矿带式输送机在使用过程中传统张紧装置自动化水平低、张紧效果差、故障率高、劳动作业强度大等问题,机电科决定对井下5311巷SSJ-800型带式输送机安装一套电控自动张紧装置。通过实际应用效果来看,该张紧装置张紧时间比传统液压张紧装置缩短了15 s,大大提高了带式输送机张紧效率,保证了输送机安全高效运输。
Based on the use of coal mine belt conveyor in the process of traditional tensioning device automation level is low,the tensioning effect is poor,the failure rate is high,the intensity of labour operations and other technical difficulties,electromechanical section decided to install a set of electronically controlled auto-tensioning device for the SSJ-800 belt conveyor of the 5311 lane in the shaft,through the application of the effect of the actual tightening time of 10 s,compared with the traditional hydraulic tensioning device,shortened the time of tensioning,and reduced the time of tensioning.The tensioning time of this tensioning device is 10 s,which is 15 s shorter than that of the traditional hydraulic tensioning device,which greatly improves the tensioning efficiency of the belt conveyor,and ensures the safe and efficient transport of the conveyor.
