摘要
针对燕子山矿8218工作面回采前期回风顺槽超前应力区围岩出现严重破坏现象,造成原顶板锚杆(索)破断、单体柱变形弯曲、底鼓、两帮垮落等现象,通过技术研究,决定对回风顺槽超前应力区采取“注浆锚杆+梯形梁钢棚+L型钢棚”等联合支护技术。通过实际应用效果来看,采取联合控制技术后,有效控制了回风顺槽围岩破碎现象,保证了工作面安全快速推进。
In view of the serious damage to the surrounding rock in the overstress area of the return tunnels in the early stage of mining back to the 8218 working face in Yanzishan Mine,resulting in the breakage of the original roof anchor rods,deformation and bending of the monolithic columns,the bottom bulge,and the collapse of the two gangs,we decided to adopt the joint support technology of"grouting anchor rods+trapezoidal beam steel shed+L-type steel shed"for the return tunnels in the overstress area by means of a technological study."Through the actual application effect,after adopting the joint control technology,it can effectively control the peripheral rock crushing phenomenon in the return wind tunnel to ensure the safe and rapid advance of the working face,and has achieved remarkable application results.
