间作大蒜对连作党参自毒物质降解及产量质量的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Intercropping Garlic on the Degradation of Autotoxic Substances and Yield and Quality of Continuous Cropping Codonopsis pilosula

摘要 为探索缓解党参连作障碍的生态种植模式,研究了间作大蒜对连作党参生长、产量及品质的影响。结果表明:大蒜间作可有效降低连作党参产生自毒物质的含量,大蒜间作对党参单作根际土中的2-乙基己基亚硫酸酯、丙酸酐、五氟苯甲酸、草酸环己基丁基酯等自毒物质的降解率分别为34.82%、46.00%、36.25%、62.27%,其余自毒物质降解率均达到100%;间作大蒜处理均较党参单作表现出明显生长优势,且党参-大蒜1:1间作模式对党参的生长、品质和产量的改善效果较党参-大蒜2:1间作模式明显;党参-大蒜1:1间作和党参-大蒜2:1间作分别较单作增产24.41%和19.28%;党参根部醇溶性浸出物、多糖以及党参炔苷含量均以间作大蒜处理为高,其中党参-大蒜1:1间作处理的醇溶性浸出物、多糖以及党参炔苷含量分别较单作增加10.04%,18.72%和46.42%;综合上述,党参-大蒜1:1间作模式可有效的缓解党参的连作障碍。 Objective The effects of garlic intercropping on the growth,yield and quality of C.pilosula were studied in order to explore an ecological planting mode to alleviate the obstacles of C.pilosula continuous cropping.The results showed that garlic intercropping could effectively reduce the content of autotoxic substances produced by continuous cropping C.pilosula.The degradation rates of 2-ethylhexylsulfite,propionic anhydride,Pentafluorobenzoic acid,cyclohexyl butyl oxalate and other autotoxic substances in rhizosphere soil of single cropping C.pilosula were 34.82%,46.00%,36.25%and 62.27%respectively.The degradation rates of other autotoxic substances reached 100%;Compared with C.pilosula monoculture,intercropping garlic showed obvious growth advantages,and the effect of C.pilosula garlic 1:1 intercropping model on the growth,quality and yield of C.pilosula was more obvious than C.pilosula garlic 2:1 intercropping model;C.pilosula garlic 1:1 intercropping and C.pilosula garlic 2:1 intercropping increased 24.41%and 19.28%respectively compared with monoculture;The content of alcohol soluble extract,polysaccharide and Codonopsis alkynoside in the root of C.pilosula was higher than that of garlic intercropping.The content of alcohol soluble extract,polysaccharide and Codonopsis alkynoside in C.pilosula garlic 1:1 intercropping treatment increased by 10.04%,18.72%and 46.42%respectively compared with monoculture;In summary,the C.pilosula garlic 1:1 intercropping model can effectively alleviate the continuous cropping obstacle of C.pilosula.
