摘要
围绕长春龙嘉国际机场周围55 km范围内超高建筑监测需求,提出基于卫星遥感技术开展地物变化监测的技术方案。以机场及周边障碍物监测范围内的高分辨率遥感卫星影像作为研究对象,提出了基于多源遥感监测的现代化净空管理模式,结合机场飞行程序、净空管理相关规范,构建机场净空障碍物遥感监测信息管理平台,实现机场净空障碍物遥感动态监测监管及展示一体化,提高机场监测效率、精度、保证安全,提升机场净空管理的信息化水平。
Focusing on the monitoring needs of ultra-high buildings within 55km around Changchun Longjia international airport,this paper puts forward a technical scheme for ground object change monitoring based on satellite remote sensing technology.Taking the high-resolution remote sensing satellite images within the monitoring range of the airport and surrounding obstacles as the research object,and puts forward a modern clearance management mode based on multi-source remote sensing monitoring.Combined with the airport flight procedures and clearance management related specifications,this paper constructs an airport clearance obstacle remote sensing monitoring information management platform to realize the integration of remote sensing dynamic monitoring,supervision and display of airport clearance obstacles,improve the efficiency and accuracy of airport monitoring,ensure safety,and enhance the informatization level of airport clearance management.
