摘要
目的:分析平冲降逆贴穴位贴敷在子宫内膜异位症中的应用价值,为该病患者的临床治疗提供新方向。方法:选择江西中医药大学附属医院2021年1月-2021年12月收治的子宫内膜异位症患者60例作为观察对象,采取随机抽签法分为2组,各组均30例。观察组采用平冲降逆贴穴位贴敷+米非司酮治疗,对照组则单用米非司酮治疗,比较2组的总有效率、症状积分、糖类抗原(CA)125、CA199、人附睾蛋白4(HE4)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_(2))、促黄体生成素(LH)、受孕率及复发率。结果:观察组总有效率为90.00%、受孕率为46.67%,均高出对照组的63.33%、20.00%,且复发率观察组(13.33%)低于对照组(36.67%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组症状积分、血清指标、性激素水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组各项指标均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:平冲降逆贴穴位贴敷治疗子宫内膜异位症的效果较为理想,能够减轻患者的相关症状,促使性激素及血清CA125水平恢复,复发率降低,受孕率提高。
Objective:To analyze the value of acupoint application in endometriosis,aiming to provide a new direction for the clinical treatment of such patients.Methods:Select 60 patients with endometriosis in January 2021-2021,random lottery method was divided into 2 groups,30 cases in each group,treated by acupoint application+mifepristone,and control group using mifepristone,compare total response rate,symptom score,sugar antigen 125(CA),CA199,human control protein 4(HE4),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH),conception rate and recurrence rate.Results:The total response rate of the study group was 90.00% and the conception rate of 46.67%was 63.33% and 20.00% higher than that of the control group,but the recurrence rate of 13.33%was lower than that of the control group 36.67%(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in symptom score,serum index and sex hormone comparison in the 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,all indexes of the study groups were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of acupoint application is more ideal,which can reduce the related and symptoms of endometriosis patients,restore the sex hormone and serum CA125 level,and the recurrence rate is less and the pregnancy rate increases.
