摘要
总结仝小林院士应用宣白承气汤加减治疗新冠重症的经验。痰湿热瘀闭肺以子龙宣白承气汤为主方;内闭外脱以破格子龙宣白承气汤为主方;瘀热入营者可合用赤芍、生地黄;气阴亏虚可合用西洋参或增液汤等。
This paper means to summarize the experience of academician Tong Xiaolin's experience in applying modified Xuanbai Chengqi Decoction in the treatment of critical novel coronavirus infection.He chooses the Zilong Xuanbai Chengqi Decoction as a major prescription for the syndrome of phlegm-damp-heat-stasis obstructing the lung,while the Poge Zilong Xuanbai Chengqi Decoction as a major prescription for the syndrome of internal blockade and external collapse,and peony root and raw rehmannia root in combination for the syndrome of stasis-heat entering nutrient phase,while American ginseng and Zengye Decoction in combination for the syndrome of qi and yin deficiency.
