摘要
炎症是机体对刺激的一种防御反应,对恢复组织稳态起关键作用。然而,不受控制的炎症反应会严重影响机体正常运转。代谢组学是在基因组学、转录组学和蛋白质组学之后发展起来的新研究方向,其在炎症疾病早期生物标志物筛选、药物治疗炎症机制及药物不良反应研究等方面取得了一定进展。本文综述了代谢组学在炎症性疾病诊断及抗炎药物治疗中的应用。
Inflammation is a defense response of the body to stimuli and plays a crucial role in restoring tissue homeostasis.However,uncontrolled inflammatory reactions can seriously affect the normal functioning of the body.Metabolomics is a new research direction that has emerged after genomics,transcriptomics and proteomics.It has made some progress in the screening of biomarkers for inflammatory diseases in the early stage,the study of the mechanism and adverse drug reactions of anti-inflammatory drug therapy.This article reviews the application of metabolomics in the diagnosis of inflammatory diseases and the treatment of anti-inflammatory drugs.
