新时代劳动教育涵养青年奋斗精神的三重论域

摘要 作为党和国家教育事业的重要组成部分,新时代劳动教育与青年奋斗精神培育之间有着深层次的耦合互动,二者共同服务于立德树人根本任务。新时代新征程赓续弘扬劳动教育涵养青年奋斗精神的优良传统,要从教育内容、教育形式、制度建设和组织保障四个维度构建以劳动教育涵养青年奋斗精神的现实路径,从而为培养有理想、敢担当、能吃苦、肯奋斗的新时代好青年做出积极探索和思考。 As an important part of education of the Party and the country,there is a deep coupled interaction between labour education and cultivation of the youth s spirit of struggle in the new era,and they jointly serve the task of fostering virtue through education.In the new era and new journey,to carry forward the fine tradition of labour education nurturing the youth s spirit of struggle,it calls for building a realistic path to nurture the youth s spirit of struggle through four dimensions,i.e.,education content,education form,system construction and organization guarantee,so as to make active explorations and reflections in cultivating a new generation of outstanding youth for the new era who have ideals,dare to shoulder responsibilities,are willing to endure hardships,and are committed to struggling.
