上海华泾镇2018-2022年小学生筛查性近视的分析 被引量:2

Analysis of screening myopia among primary school students in Huajing Community of Shanghai from 2018 to 2022

摘要 目的:分析上海华泾镇2018-2022年小学生筛查性近视状况,为小学生近视的进一步研究和防治提供科学依据。方法:选取上海华泾镇2018-2022年的9426名在校小学生作为调查对象进行视力筛查,其中男生5033人,女生4393人。比较小学生筛查性近视的发生率以及变化趋势。结果:2018-2022年小学生总体筛查性近视率分别为25.28%、24.34%、40.83%、38.34%和43.48%,平均筛查性近视率为35.56%;总体近视检出率呈逐年上升趋势(P<0.01);一年级至五年级小学生筛查性近视率分别为17.64%、30.78%、38.95%、45.69%、57.83%,筛查性近视检出率随着年级和年份升高呈现增长趋势(P<0.01);女生的筛查性近视检出率高于男生(37.04%比34.27%,P<0.01)。结论:2018-2022年上海华泾镇小学生筛查性近视率增加明显,应及时进行有效的预防及干预,加大科普宣传,督促相关部门及个人预防措施落实到位,降低新的近视发生率,减缓近视的发展。 Objective:To analyze the status of screening myopia among primary school students in Huajing Community of Shanghai from 2018 to 2022,so as to provide scientific basis for further research and prevention of myopia for primary school students.Methods:A total of 9426 primary school students from 2018 to 2022 in Huajing Community of Shanghai were selected as the subjects for visual acuity screening,and among them,there were 5033 boys and 4393 girls.The incidence and trend of screening myopia in primary school students were compared.Results:From 2018 to 2022,the overall screening myopia rates of primary school students were 25.28%,24.34%,40.83%,38.34%and 43.48%,respectively,and the average screening myopia rate was 35.56%;the overall myopia detection rate showed an increasing trend year by year(P<0.01);the screening myopia rates of primary school students from grade one to five were 17.64%,30.78%,38.95%,45.69%and 57.83%,respectively,and the screening myopia detection rate showed an increasing trend with the increase of grade and year(P<0.01);the detection rate of screening myopia in girls was higher than that in boys(37.04%vs 34.27%,P<0.01).Conclusion:The screening myopia rate of primary school students in Huajing Community of Shanghai has increased obviously,effective prevention and intervention should be quickly carried out to increase popular science publicity,urge relevant departments and individuals to implement preventive measures in place to reduce the incidence of new myopia,and slow down the development of myopia.
