摘要
三栖农民是近年来出现的新群体,其栖息地的选择呈多元化趋势,通过对20个省592份调查问卷进行分析,结果显示首选是县城新家,第二选择是城市,第三选择是农村老家,第四选择是农村—城市组合,第五选择是农村—县城组合,第六选择是县城—城市组合,第七选择是农村—县城—城市组合。通过二元选择和多元选择Logit模型分析,结果显示:三栖家庭中代际结构少的更倾向于选择农村老家、县城新家、城市中的1个作为栖息地,代际结构多的更倾向于选择三者中的2个或2个以上作为栖息地;随着家庭总收入的增加,选择县城新家、城市的可能性依次增大;非农就业稳定性越强越倾向于选择城市或县城作为栖息地;耕地流转与否对三栖农民栖息地选择影响不显著。建议政府重视县城建设,吸引三栖农民将其作为栖息地;稳定房价和加强就业培训促进三栖农民市民化;保护三栖农民的土地承包权,维护其合法利益。
“Triphibious Farmers”is a special group of farmers who have old home in the rural area,new home in the county seat and at the same time at least one of their family members lives in the urban area as a migrant worker.“Triphibious Farmers”is a new group in recent years and their habitat selection tends to be diverse.Through the survey of 592 questionnaires from 20 provinces from different families,the results show that their first choice is a new home in the county seat to settle down,the second choice is the urban,the third choice is old home in rural areas,the fourth choice is the rural-urban combination,the fifth choice is the combination of homes in the county seat and rural areas,the sixth choice is the combination of both in the county seat and in rural areas,and the seventh choice is homes in these three places.Through the analysis of Binary Choice Logit Model and Multiple Choice Logit Model,the results show that“Triphibious Farmers”with fewer inter-generational structures tend to choose only one of habitats from the rural,the county and urban to settled down,while those with more structures are more likely to choose at least two places;the more total income of household increases,the more possibility to choose the county or the urban to settle down in sequence,and the more stable of non-farm employment,the more possibility to choose to settle down in the county seat and in the urban.Additionally,the circulation of arable land has no significant impact on them.It is suggested that the government should strengthen infrastructure development of county seat,to make the house prices stable and provide“Triphibious Farmers”with vocational training to encourage them to migrant into the county seat or the urban,and to make sure that the land are not be withdraw from the“Triphibious Farmers”who leave from the rural area for a long time.
