磁化对表面活性剂性能影响及降尘效果研究

摘要 为更有效地防治煤矿井下综采工作面开采过程中产生的粉尘,本研究将磁化技术与表面活性剂相结合,采用实验方法研究了磁化对表面活性剂溶液性能的影响,并通过喷雾降尘实验,得出最佳的磁化强度、表面活性剂溶液浓度和除尘效率。研究结果表明:质量分数为0.5%时,表面活性剂溶液在经过9000 Gs强度磁场磁化后的降尘性能优于原有的表面活性剂溶液;相对于传统的喷雾降尘技术,磁化后的表面活性剂溶液对呼吸性粉尘的降尘效率提高了38.35%,全尘降尘效率提高了45.46%。研究结果可为井下采煤工作面粉尘治理提供理论指导。 In order to improve the dust control in the mining process of the underground fully mechanized working face,the surfactant was treated in magnetic field,and experimental method was used to study the influence of magnetization on the performance of surfactant solution,and uses it in the spray dust reduction experiment to obtain the best magnetization strength,surfactant solution concentration and dust removal efficiency.The research results show that when the mass fraction is 0.5%,the dust reduction performance of the surfactant solution after being magnetized by a 9000 Gs magnetic field is better than that of the original surfactant solution;compared with the traditional spray dust suppression technology,the dust suppression efficiency of magnetized surfactant solution on respirable dust is increased by 38.35%,and the total dust is increased by 45.46%.The research results can provide theoretical guidance for the control of flour dust in underground coal mining.
