摘要
高质量发展背景下,切实提升人口素质对促进无锡产业结构转型升级意义重大。当前,无锡人口素质存在人口增量在梯队城市中落后且老龄化程度加剧,劳动年龄人口受教育年限处世界中游且技能水平偏低,从业人口结构与产业结构升级需求不相适应等问题。鉴于此,从有序增加人口总量、开发人口质量红利,加速提升人口素质、培育实用技能型人才,优化人力资本结构、匹配无锡产业结构升级三个方面提出提升无锡人口素质的建议。
In the context of high-quality development,it is of great significance to promote the transformation and upgrading of Wuxi’s industrial structure by effectively improving population quality.At present,there are some problems in Wuxi population quality,for example,the population growth falls behind in the echelon cities and aging population has intensified.The working population’s educational attainment is in the middle reaches of the world and the overall skill level is low,and the structure of the employed population does not adapt to the upgrading needs of the industrial structure.In view of this,suggestions are put forward to improve the population quality of Wuxi from the following three aspects:increasing the total population in an orderly manner and developing the dividend of population quality,accelerating the improvement of population quality and cultivating practical skilled talents,optimizing the human capital structure and matching the upgrading of Wuxi’s industrial structure.
