AA特种改性沥青路用性能研究

摘要 制备了70#基质沥青在1%、1.5%、2%、2.5%、3%、3.5%、4%掺量下的AA特种改性沥青,并选取另外国产、进口温拌剂作为对比组,进行软化点、延度、针入度、粘附性等基础指标试验,评价AA特种改性剂的作用效果,确定了其分别实现温拌、降粘效果的最佳掺量。结果表明:AA特种改性剂具有出色的高温降黏效果与改性效果,同时也表明AA特种改性剂的加入会对沥青的低温性能产生一定的不利影响。 AA special modified asphalt containing 1%,1.5%,2%,2.5%,3%,3.5%and 4%of 70#matrix asphalt was prepared.Other domestic and imported warm mix were selected as the comparison group.The basic indexes such as softening point,elongation,penetration and adhesion were tested.The effect of AA special modifier was evaluated,and the optimum dosage to achieve the effect of warm mixing and viscosity reduction was determined.The results show that AA special modifier has excellent viscosity reduction and modification effect at high temperature.The addition of AA special modifier will have a certain adverse effect on the low temperature performance of asphalt.
