摘要
为了深入研究道路桥梁预应力技术,结合工程实例,指出了预应力施工技术要点,采用Midas Civil有限元软件对桥梁施工过程进行固结模拟,结果表明,主梁截面应力随着加载等级的增加逐渐增大,在预应力作用下,随着钢束的张拉,梁体变形逐渐增大,在梁体端部变形又逐渐减小,徐变作用对桥梁结构稳定性影响较大,最大变形绝对值为1.74 mm,此结果可为类似桥梁工程施工提供参考。
In order to further study the prestressed technology of road bridges,the study firstly expounds the technical points of prestressed construction in combination with specific engineering examples,and then uses Midas Civil finite element software to simulate the consolidation of the bridge construction process.The results show that the stress of the main beam section gradually increases with the increase of the loading level.Under the action of prestress,with the tension of the steel beam,the deformation of the beam increases gradually,and at the end of the beam,the deformation decreases gradually.Creep has great influence on the stability of the bridge structure,and the absolute value of the maximum deformation is 1.74 mm.This study provides practical experience for similar municipal bridge engineering construction.
