摘要
建设智慧城市能够突出城市管理的实时性和预判性,全局动态整合城市资源,实现城市可持续发展、推动城市产业升级,实现城市治理能力的现代化、满足城市的公共安全需求、带动信息产业的大发展。当前,我国智慧城市建设具有以信息基础设施和配套建设为主要切入点,以通过信息化手段改变政府传统管理服务职能为重点,以大力开拓和加快发展绿色智慧科技人文、智慧休闲旅游、智慧健康生活等特色产业建设重点,使数据共享由局部共享向全局共享转变等特点。要想实现智慧城市的可持续发展,需科学制定发展规划,解决“信息孤岛”问题,加快基础设施的数字化转型,形成智慧城市海量“数据池”,建立统一的数据标准,进一步完善大数据中心管理机制,多渠道获取建设资金,加强人才挖掘与培养。
The construction of smart cities can highlight the real-time and predictive nature of urban management,comprehensively and dynamically integrate urban resources,achieve sustainable urban development,promote urban industrial upgrading,realize the modernization of urban governance capacity,meet the needs of urban public security,and drive the development of information industry.At present,China’s smart city construction has the characteristics of taking information infrastructure and supporting construction as the main entry point,focusing on changing the traditional government management and service functions through information means,vigorously exploring and accelerating the development of green smart science and technology,smart leisure tourism,smart healthy life and other characteristic industries,and transforming data sharing from local sharing to global sharing.In order to realize the sustainable development of smart cities,it is necessary to formulate development plans scientifically,solve the problem of“information island”,accelerate the digital transformation of infrastructure,form a massive“data pool”of smart cities,establish a unified data standard,further improve the management mechanism of big data centers,obtain construction funds through multiple channels,and strengthen talent mining and training.
