摘要
目的分析老年脑出血患者术后发生下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的危险因素。方法选取2021年6月至2022年9月医院收治的78例老年脑出血患者为研究对象,记录患者住院期间DVT发生情况,根据是否发生DVT将其分为DVT组与非DVT组,并比较两组的一般资料,采用多项Logistic回归分析法找出老年脑出血患者术后发生DVT的相关危险因素。结果78例老年脑出血患者中,18例术后发生DVT,发生率为23.08%。两组卧床时间、手术时间、术后下肢运动障碍发生率、D-二聚体水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多项Logistic回归分析结果显示,卧床时间长、手术时间长、术后下肢运动障碍、D-二聚体水平高是老年脑出血患者术后发生DVT的危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论老年脑出血患者术后发生DVT的风险较高,患者卧床时间长、手术时间长、术后下肢运动障碍、D-二聚体水平高均为相关危险因素。
Objective The risk factors of postoperative deep vein thrombosis(DVT)of lower extremity in elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage were analyzed.Methods 78 elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to the hospital from June 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study objects.The occurrence of DVT during hospitalization was recorded,and the patients were divided into a DVT group and a non-DVT group according to whether DVT occurred,and the general data of the two groups were compared.Multiple Logistic regression analysis was used to identify the risk factors of postoperative DVT in elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Results Among 78 elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage,18 cases developed DVT after operation,the incidence rate was 23.08%.There were significant differences in bed rest time,operation time,incidence of postoperative lower extremity movement disorder and D-dimer level between the two groups(P<0.05);Multiple Logistic regression analysis results showed that long bed rest time,long operation time,postoperative lower extremity movement disorder and high D-dimer level were risk factors for postoperative DVT in elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions Elderly patients with intracerebral hemorrhage have a higher risk of postoperative DVT.Long bed rest time,long operation time,postoperative lower extremity movement disorder and high D-dimer level are related risk factors.
