摘要
为加强药学专业实习生的管理与带教质量,张家港第四人民医院从实行分层次轮岗实习、设计带教流程、严选带教老师等方面建立科学规范的实习管理体系,对调剂、药库、制剂、药品质检、临床药学5个岗位制订不同类别实习生的知识与技能教学要求,从笔试、实操、口试、论文、实习报告等多方面对实习生进行综合考评,以期提高带教质量,并为医院教育者开展实习带教提供参考和借鉴。
In order to strengthen the management and teaching quality of pharmaceutical interns,Zhangjiagang Fourth People’s Hospital has established a scientific and standardized practice management system from the implementation of hierarchical internship rotation,the design of teaching process,and the strict selection of teaching teachers,and formulated knowledge and skill teaching requirements for different categories of interns in five positions:dispensing,drug storage,preparation,drug quality inspection,and clinical pharmacy.In order to improve the quality of teaching and provide reference for hospital educators to carry out practice and teaching,this paper comprehensively evaluated interns from written test,practical exercise,oral test,thesis and practice report.
