摘要
本文聚焦中国国情和中国特色,总结了数字孪生的研究经验和实践经验,为中国工业飞速发展和智能经济建设提出切实可行的研究理论和实践对策。本文基于可视化软件CiteSpace对中国知网(CNKI)收录的数字孪生相关文献进行计量分析,通过发文量、作者机构共现图谱、关键词共现和突现词总结分析得出我国数字孪生研究的热点与趋势。研究表明:(1)我国数字孪生研究主要经历了起步(2016—2018年)、发展(2019—2022年)两个阶段;(2)数字孪生技术在制造车间的应用、数字孪生与人工智能算法在实时预测的应用、基于数字孪生技术的数字化转型研究是当前的热点研究领域;(3)未来的研究趋势是智能工厂、工业物联网、信息物理系统、数字孪生模型和智能经济。数字孪生成为智能制造、工业互联网等领域的研究热点,我国会逐渐成为数字孪生研究的热点国家。
This paper focuses on China’s national conditions and characteristics,summarizes the research experience and practical experience on digital twin,and proposes feasible research theories and practical countermeasures for the rapid development of China’s industry and the construction of intelligent economy.Based on the visualization software CiteSpace,this paper conducts a quantitative analysis of the digital twin related literature included in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),to obtain the hotspots and trends of digital twin research in China through the summary and analysis of the number of published papers,the co-occurrence map of authors and institutions,the co-occurrence of keywords and emerging words.The research showed that:(1)China’s digital twin research has mainly gone through two stages:star(t 2016—2018)and development(2019—2022).(2)Application of digital twin technology in manufacturing workshops,application of digital twin and artificial intelligence algorithms in real-time forecasting and research on digital transformation based on digital twin technology are the current hot research fields;(3)The future research trends are smart factories,industrial Internet of Things,information Physical Systems,digital twin model and smart economy.Digital twin has become a research hotspot in the fields of intelligent manufacturing and industrial Internet,and China will gradually draw the world’s attention for digital twin research.
