摘要
目的建立不同来源的菝葜高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱,结合多模式化学计量学分析菝葜饮片的质量。方法建立18批菝葜HPLC指纹图谱,结合相似度评价、聚类分析、主成分分析、正交偏最小二乘-判别分析对不同来源的菝葜进行评价。结果指纹图谱标定了13个共有峰,指认出5个成分,分别为绿原酸、落新妇苷、槲皮苷、黄杞苷及白藜芦醇;相似度评价结果,18批样品除YP3以外,其余相似度均大于0.9;结合多模式化学计量学分析可以将18批样品分为三类,并筛选出6个可能导致菝葜质量差异的标志物。结论本研究建立的指纹图谱方法简便、重复性好,结合多模式化学计量学分析可用于评价不同来源的菝葜质量。
Objective To evaluate the quality of Smilax china L.from different sources by combined HPLC fingerprint and chemical pattern recognition.Methods HPLC fingerprints of 18 batches of Smilax china L.were established.Similarity evaluation,cluster analysis,principal component analysis and orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis were conducted to evaluate Smilax china L.from different sources.Results Thirteen common peaks were identified and five components were confirmed,namely chlorogenic acid,astiltin,quercetin,engeletin and resveratrol.The similarity evaluation showed that the similarity of 18 batches of samples was greater than 0.9 except YP3.Combined with multi-mode stoichiometric analysis,the 18 batches of samples were divided into three categories,and 6 quality markers of Smilax china L.were selected.Conclusion The fingerprint method is simple and reproducible,and can be used to evaluate the quality of Smilax china L.from different sources in combination with multi-mode stoichiometric analysis.
