摘要
高血压作为我国重点关注的公共卫生问题,其病症纷繁复杂。镇肝熄风汤作为治疗阴虚阳亢型高血压病的常用方,可用于原发性高血压、高血压性脑出血、高血压急症、非杓型高血压等方面。目前对于镇肝熄风汤的降压机制研究主要包括抑制肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system, RAAS)、调节肠道菌群、抑制血管重构等。但镇肝熄风汤作在肾脏机制、胰岛素抵抗机制以及基因组学方面的作用,以及对部分靶器官的保护功效,仍待进一步研究。本文通过整理近年来镇肝熄风汤治疗高血压病作用机制与临床应用的文献,以期为今后的研究与临床提供思路。
Hypertension,as an important public health problem in our country,has many complicated symptoms.As a common prescription for treating Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity type hypertension,Zhengan Xifeng Decoction can be used for essential hypertension,hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,hypertensive emergency,non-aryten-type hypertension and so on.So far,the antihypertensive mechanism of Zhengan Xifeng decoction has been studied,which includes inhibition of renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system(RAAS),regulation of intestinal flora and inhibition of vascular remodeling.However,the effects of Zhengan Xifeng Decoction on renal mechanism,insulin resistance mechanism and genomics,as well as its protective effect on some target organs,still need to be further studied.In this paper,the mechanism of action and clinical application of Zhengan Xifeng Decoction in the treatment of hypertension in recent years are reviewed,in order to provide ideas for future research and clinical practice.
