摘要
目的 探讨全程信息化随访管理在癌性疼痛患者中干预效果。方法:利用移动护理系统,进行癌痛患者的随访模块的设计,通过人员培训并投入使用,完善效果测试。方法 将2022年11月—2023年4月共80例癌痛患者随机分为两组,对比出院前以及出院后随访的数据资料,使用美国疼痛协会患者结果问卷(中文版)(APS-POQ-C)评价随访系统的应用效果。结果 形成基于疼痛认识调查与评估、个性化管理计划以及随访方案三大模块的癌性疼痛患者随访管理模式,癌痛患者随访后报告的疼痛缓解改善(P<0.05)、对情绪和睡眠的影响、疼痛控制的满意程度有明显的改善(P<0.01),另外对止痛药的成瘾性、使用与忍耐信念有也有一定的改善(P<0.05)。结论 全程信息化随访管理,可以提高患者疼痛管理质量,减少患者感知障碍,可进一步推广应用。
Objective To investigate the intervention effect of whole process information follow-up management in patients with cancer pain.Methods A mobile nursing system was used to design a follow-up module for cancer pain patients.Personal training for the follow-up module was conducted and the module was implemented to evaluate the effectiveness.To compare pre-discharge and post-discharge follow-up data of 80 patients with cancer pain which randomly divided into two groups from November 2022 to April 2023.The application effect of the follow-up system was evaluated using the American Pain Society Patient Outcome Questionnaire-Chinese version(APS-POQ-C).Results A follow-up management model for cancer pain patients was established,consisting of three modules:pain cognition investigation and evaluation,individualized management plan and follow-up plan.After follow-up management,cancer pain patients reported significant improvement in pain relief(P<0.05),as well as improvement in mood and sleep,and satisfaction with pain control(P<0.01).Moreover,there was a significant improvement in addiction,use and tolerance beliefs related to painkillers(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole process of information follow-up management can enhance the quality of pain management for patients and reduce patient-perceived barriers.Therefore,it is recommended for broader implementation in clinical practice.
