低颗粒物排放浓度和低阻力智能检漏报警袋式除尘器的研究现状

摘要 主要介绍了在“双低”滤袋在进行低耗智能袋式除尘工业试验中研发和使用现状,工业测试证明山钢研发的“双低”滤袋在实现了粉尘浓度≤1.0 mg/m^(3)超低排放的,而且可使滤袋过滤阻力下降20%。同时,开发的布袋除尘器智能检漏系统,智能检漏准确率>90%。低能耗智能袋式除尘器的成功研发为钢企超低排放改造工作的推进提供了一条绿色低碳技术途径,符合绿色低碳发展趋势。 This paper mainly introduces the current research and development situation and use of"double-low"filter bags in the industrial test of low-consumption intelligent baghouse dust removal.The industrial test proved that the"double low"type filter bag developed by Shandong Iron and Steel Research Institute has realized the ultra-low emission of dust concentration≤1.0 mg/m^(3),allows the filter bag filtration resistance decreased 20%.The intelligent leakage detection system of the bag filter developed and installed has an intelligent leakage detection accuracy rate of>90%.It provides a green and low-carbon technology pathway for the promotion of ultra-low-emission renovation work of Shandong Iron&Steel Company,which is in line with the development trend of green and low-carbon.
