摘要
装配式装修作为新起步的装修形式,与传统装修相比,同样具有装配式建筑的现场二次加工少、湿作业工作少、扬尘噪音少、劳动力用量少和建造时间短等一系列优点。但因为装修专业本身所具有的材料种类多、设计形式多样、构造复杂、多专业交叉施工等特点,所以装配式装修的管理方式既区别于装配式建筑,又区别于传统装修。装配式装修施工在现阶段还处于起步阶段,其相应的设计标准、技术标准、施工工艺、现场管理、成本管理也处于摸索阶段。文章以传统装修的目标成本管理方式作参照,分析出装配式装修工程的成本管理受材料、设计、技术等多因素影响而导致成本管理难度增大,初步提出了装配式装修成本管理解决方案,希望有助于装配式装修实践中更加有效地做好成本管理,进一步推进装配式装修落地实施。
As a new decoration form,prefabricated decoration has a series of advantages compared with traditional decoration,such as less on-site secondary processing,less wet work,less dust and noise,less labor consumption and short construction time.However,because the decoration specialty itself has the characteristics of many kinds of materials,diverse design forms,complex structure and multi-disciplinary cross-construction,the management mode of assembled decoration is different from both assembled buildings and traditional decoration.Assembly decoration construction is still in its infancy at this stage,and its corresponding design standards,technical standards,construction technology,site management and cost management are also in the exploratory stage.Based on the traditional target cost management mode of decoration,this paper analyzes that the cost management of assembled decoration project is more difficult due to the influence of materials,design,technology and other factors,and initially puts forward a solution to the cost management of assembled decoration,hoping to help the assembly decoration practice to do cost management more effectively and further promote the implementation of assembled decoration.
