摘要
优化船用铝合金带筋宽幅型材挤压模具结构,对不同模具设计方案进行讨论分析。利用有限元分析软件Hy⁃perMesh进行数值模拟,获得挤压过程中模具位移及应力场的变化规律;结合工程实验,验证模具设计方案的可行性;调试相应挤压生产工艺,对挤压设备进行配套改造,得到最优模具结构。结果表明,采用无缝管挤压模具方案进行生产,可得到一体成型的尺寸较大、性能较好的带筋型材。
The extrusion die structure for aluminum alloy wide reinforced profile used for vessel was optimized.Different die design schemes were discussed and analyzed.Numerical simulation was conducted using the finite element analysis software HyperMesh to obtain the variation low of die displacement and stress field during extrusion process.The feasibility of the die design scheme through engineering experiments was verified,the corresponding ex⁃trusion production process was commissioned,and the supporting upgrading on the extrusion equipment was carried out.Then the optimal die structure was obtained.The results show the wide reinforced profiles with better performance that are integrally formed can be obtained by using the seamless pipe extrusion die scheme for production.
