Cr高对HRB400E盘螺小规格钢筋的影响

摘要 针对盘螺φ8 mm轧制成品出现无屈服平台拉伸曲线呈钓鱼竿现象,通过轧制工艺、化学成分、金相组织分析原因为Cr含量偏高。本文通过盘螺φ8 mm试验验证Cr含量达到0.1%以上时,会造成轧制成品无屈服平台、高抗拉强度、低断后伸长率的现象。原因为钢中加入Cr元素后,降低了钢的临界转变速度,提高了钢的淬透性,细化了铁素体晶粒,增加了贝氏体强化相的形成,有利于钢强度的提升,尤其是抗拉强度,但降低了钢的塑性韧性。同时针对Cr含量≥0.1%的钢坯,通过调整轧制工艺生产盘螺φ10 mm钢筋。 The tensile curve of theφ8mm spiral screws rolled product shows a fishing rod phenomenon without yielding platform,and the reason is that the Cr content is relatively high through analysis of rolling process,chemical composition,and metallographic structure.This article discusses the use of spiral screws theφ8 mm test verifies that when the Cr content reaches 0.1%or more,the rolled products will have no yield platform,high tensile strength and low elongation after fracture.The reason is that after the Cr element,on the one hand,the critical transformation speed of steel is reduced,the hardenability of steel is improved,the ferrite grain is refined,and the formation of bainite strengthening phase is increased,which is conducive to the improvement of steel strength,especially the tensile strength,but the plastic toughness of steel is reduced.At the same time,for steel billets with Cr content≥0.1%,by changing the rolling specifications of coil screwsφ10 mm and rolling process control trial production.
