摘要
目的:分析黄连解毒汤联合负压封闭引流(VSD)对深Ⅱ度烧伤患者炎症因子及临床疗效的影响。方法:选择2022年7月—2023年1月在九江市第一人民医院接受治疗的120例深Ⅱ度烧伤患者,按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(n=60)实施VSD治疗,试验组(n=60)在对照组的基础上给予黄连解毒汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、恢复情况、血清炎症因子表达水平及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果:试验组总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的81.67%(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验组创面渗液干净时间、创面愈合时间、住院时间均更短(P<0.05);两组治疗后的C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、CD64均低于治疗前,且试验组均低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗7、14、21 d后的VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:黄连解毒汤联合VSD可降低深Ⅱ度烧伤患者炎症因子的表达水平,缓解患者疼痛,促进创面恢复。
Objective:To analyze the effects of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction combined with vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)on clinical efficacy and inflammatory factors in patients with deepⅡdegree burn.Method:A total of 120 patients with deepⅡdegree burn treated in Jiujiang NO.1 People's Hospital from July 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method.Control group(n=60)was treated with VSD,experimental group(n=60)was treated with Huanglian Jiedu Decoction on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,recovery situation,expression level of serum inflammatory factors and visual analogue scale(VAS)score were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of experimental group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 81.67% of control group(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the time of wound exudation cleaning,wound healing and hospital stay in experimental group were shorter(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and CD64 in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 7,14 and 21 days of treatment,the VAS scores of experimental groups were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huanglian Jiedu Decoction combined with VSD can reduce the expression level of inflammatory factors in patients with deepⅡdegree burn,relieve patients'pain and promote wound recovery.
