摘要
目的探讨干扰素联合更昔洛韦治疗病毒性脑炎(VE)患儿的临床效果。方法选取2019年7月至2021年7月收治的96例VE患儿为研究对象,按照入院时间将其分为对照组(2019年7月至2020年7月,48例)和试验组(2020年8月至2021年7月,48例)。对照组使用更昔洛韦治疗,试验组在对照组基础上使用干扰素治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果试验组的症状改善时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组大脑前、后动脉的平均血流速度(Vm)、收缩期峰值血流速度(Vs)及搏动指数(PI)均下降,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的可溶性血管细胞黏附分子-1(sVCAM-1)、半乳糖凝集素-9(Gal-9)水平均降低,神经营养因子-3(NT-3)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平均升高,且试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)水平均下降,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论干扰素联合更昔洛韦治疗VE患儿的临床效果较好。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of interferon combined with ganciclovir in the treatment of children with viral encephalitis(VE).Methods A total of 96 children with VE admitted from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the children were divided into control group(from July 2019 to July 2020,48 cases)and experimental group(from August 2020 to July 2021,48 cases)according to the admission time.The control group was treated with ganciclovir,and the experimental group was treated with interferon on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The improvement time of symptoms in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the mean blood flow velocity(Vm),systolic peak velocity(Vs)and pulsatility index(PI)of the anterior and posterior cerebral arteries in the two groups decreased,and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(sVCAM-1)and galactose lectin-9(Gal-9)in the two groups decreased,and the levels of neurotropin-3(NT-3)and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)increased,and those in the experimental group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)in the two groups decreased,and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Interferon combined with ganciclovir in the treatment of children with VE has better clinical effect.
