摘要
为了使废弃一次性医用口罩(DMMs)的处理方式更加环保,文中研究了废弃DMMs对SBS改性沥青流变性能的影响。采用不同掺量废弃DMMs复配SBS改性沥青,应用控制变量法研究不同配比方案对制备复合改性沥青性能的影响,确定废弃DMMs/SBS复合改性沥青制备最佳配比方案;同时采用SPSS进行Poission回归分析、一般线性模型多变量分析,研究废弃DMMs、SBS、硫磺三因素对改性沥青性能产生的影响。利用高温扫描试验分析废弃DMMs对SBS改性沥青流变性能的影响,根据车辙因子数据分析废弃DMMs对SBS改性沥青高温性能的影响。结果表明:废弃DMMs/SBS复合改性沥青最佳配比方案为SBS质量分数4%、废弃DMMs质量分数4%、硫磺2%。在SBS改性沥青中掺入废弃DMMs能提高SBS改性沥青的软化点及弹性恢复速率,降低针入度、延度,同时SBS改性沥青的复数剪切模量、车辙因子、相位角也相应增加。综上所述,废弃DMMs对SBS改性沥青的抗老化性能、高温稳定性能产生积极影响。当废弃DMMs掺量超过一定范围时,复合改性沥青的性能会降低。
The effects of waste disposable medical masks(DMMs)on the rheological properties of SBS modified asphalt are explored to make the treatment of waste DMMs more environmentally friendly.Different content of waste DMMs is mixed with SBS modified asphalt.The effects of diffe-rent proportioning schemes on the properties of composite modified asphalt are investigated by the control variate method to determine the optimal proportioning scheme for preparing waste DMMs/SBS composite modified asphalt.Poisson regression analysis and General linear model multivariate analysis are conducted by SPSS to study the effects of waste DMMs,SBS and sulfur on the properties of modified asphalt.The effects of waste DMMs on the rheological properties of SBS modified asphalt are explored by using high-temperature scanning experiments.The effects of waste DMMs on the high-temperature properties of SBS modified asphalt are studied on the basis of rutting factor data.The results indicate that the optimal proportioning scheme for waste DMMs/SBS composite modified asphalt is SBS mass fraction 4%,waste DMMs mass fraction 4%and sulfur 2%.Adding waste DMMs to SBS modified asphalt can increase its softening point and elastic recovery rate,while redu-cing its penetration and ductility.Besides,the complex shear modulus,rutting factor and phase angle of SBS modified asphalt can be increased accordingly.In conclusion,waste DMMs have a positive impact on the anti-aging property and high-temperature stability of SBS modified asphalt.The property of composite modified asphalt will be decreased when the content of waste DMMs exceeds a certain range.
