摘要
输水隧洞TBM施工过程中,处理好涌水问题对于安全施工、控制工期等方面起关键性作用。以输水工程TBM施工段为例,针对隧洞断面小、双护盾TBM施工特点以及沿程涌水点位分散、涌水量大等具体情况,研究掌子面超前预注浆堵水对前部围岩进行改性加固技术对预防涌水的作用,实践表明该方案有利于TBM快速通过,可有效防止突发涌水和不良地质洞段容易引发的卡机、栽头等次生灾害。
In the process of TBM construction of hydraulic tunnel,proper treatment of water inrush plays a key role in safe construction and schedule control.Taking TBM construction section of a water conservancy project in Shanxi as an example,aiming at the characteristics of small tunnel section,double shield TBM construction,dispersed water inrush points and large water inrush,the effect of pre-grouting on the front surrounding rock modification and reinforcement technology to prevent water inrush was studied in this paper.Practice shows that this scheme is conducive to the rapid passage of TBM.It can effectively prevent sudden water gusher and bad geological cave section easily cause secondary disasters such as TBM jamming and head felling.
