摘要
利用PSM匹配样本并结合DID方法 ,本文检验了2018年5月份推出的国有企业工资总额决定机制改革对企业全要素生产率的影响,并研究了这一影响的作用机制和调节因素。实证结果表明:工资决定机制改革提高了企业全要素生产率。改革通过提升劳动效率进而提升了全要素生产率,劳动效率在改革影响全要素生产率过程中起到了中介作用,而经济效益和收入公平的中介作用并不存在。研究还发现:在政策提升全要素生产率过程中,企业劳动密集型程度和所处行业竞争度两个因素起到了调节作用。本文首次用数据检验了工资决定机制改革的政策影响,为分配制度改革提供了经验证据和政策深化依据。本文提出用全要素生产率指标更全面地衡量工资制度改革效果,并说明了作用机制和调节因素,丰富了收入分配和全要素生产率的相关理论。
This article examines the impact of the reform of state-owned enterprise wage determination mechanism on total factor productivity using PSM matching samples and DID method,which was launched in May 2018.The mechanism and moderating factors of this impact are also studied.The empirical results indicate that the reform of the wage determination mechanism has improved the total factor productivity of enterprises.The reform has increased total factor productivity by increasing labor productivity,which plays a mediating role in the process of affecting total factor productivity.However,the mediating role of economic benefits and income equity does not exist.The study also found that in the process of improving total factor productivity through policies,two factors,labor intensity and industry competitiveness,play a moderating role.This article uses data to test the policy impact of wage determination mechanism reform for the first time,providing empirical evidence and policy deepening basis for distribution system reform.This article proposes to use total factor productivity indicators to comprehensively measure the effectiveness of wage system reform,and explains the mechanism and regulatory factors,enriching the relevant theories of income distribution and total factor productivity.
