摘要
增雨防雹火箭弹通用型发射架是重要的人工影响气象作业装备。由于发射架重量大,影响装备的运输和作业,需要对其进行减重处理。选择对发射架壳体底板进行优化设计,使用拓扑优化的方式去除底板材料,能够在一定程度上减轻发射架质量,提高现有材料的利用率。文章对发射架的工况进行分析、计算,然后对壳体进行有限元分析与拓扑优化,综合减重、加工、刚度等多方面要素,调整拓扑优化参数,优化壳体底板的材料分布。
The universal launcher of precipitation enhancement and hail suppression rocket is an important artificial influence meteorological operation equipment.Due to the large weight of the launcher,it affects the transportation and operation of the equipment,so it needs to be treated with weight reduction.Choosing to optimize the design of the bottom plate of the launcher shell and using the topology optimization method to remove the material from the bottom plate can reduce the weight of the launcher to a certain extent and improve the utilization rate of the existing materials.In this paper,the working condition of the launcher is analyzed and calculated,and then the finite element analysis and topology optimization of the shell are carried out.The topology optimization parameters are adjusted and the material distribution of the shell bottom plate is optimized by integrating the weight reduction,processing,stiffness and other factors.
